Just came across your blog. Amazing photos and so many places you've been... makes me feel just a little bit boring! Sadly, at school, I thought being a biologist was boring - I was obviously very, very wrong. Looking forward to joining you on your travels from my PC.Best wishesDan
Lots of white horses there :)
Very nice shots and great in B/W. Jepp, beautiful!:-)
A very impressive sea, best seen from safely on the shore I'd say.
The high surf looks great in b/w, gives me an idea...magnificent!
I like your pounding surf shots- really cool in mono-
Spectacular capture, these waves were meant for mono. ~ Calico Contemplations
I'm glad I'm not in that surf, but I do like to watch the surf when it's huge. You're right, monochrome is perfect for these.
Good shots. The wave in the first one has a movement about it that you don't normally find in surf shots.
Gorgeous shots, I can almost hear the waves crashing. You are right that these are perfect for monochrome. The Road to Here
absolutely fantastic..oh! look at the waves, i can almost feel some srpinkles my way....amazing shots!!eng
I can almost feel the spray, great shots.
Waves are wonderful!
Yes, these really are perfect in monochrome. That is an amazing pattern of spray. The sound must have them thunderous too!
Yes, there was a time when I could walk the promenade in Margate UK and see, and feel, the impact of the surf and spray. The same feeling is conveyed here - wonderful shots!
