Can you walk along there?Lucy
Beautiful! B/W is always so gentle on the eyes. And I can see details that are sometimes lost in the buzz of color.
That wall is so tempting, I am not sure I could pass up walking on it.
Lovely reflection and I like the way tje wa;; draws me in.
So much beauty in something so simple. I like the B/W!
Good one.Sydney - City and Suburbs
Great shot and lovely reflections, Jill!
These are really nice. I especially like the first one.
More great shots. I enjoy the skill and artistry in your work. I enjoyed the shots of the blue birds as well. Here they are checking out the bird box and thinking of starting a family. The hawks are courting as well. It doesn't matter what the calendar says, the birds say it's spring.
Wow looks pretty...Happy watery Wednesday...Mine is up.
I agree with the others; the BW effect really adds a new dimension. Great choices!
Gorgeous, Jill! And the reflections are breathtaking! I rarely take b/w photos, but you inspire me to change that! Thanks for sharing!

Great image! The black & white is perfect for that scene! Thanks so much for commenting on mine - the rock does resemble a frozen wave! Hehehehee

Gorgeous! The black and white makes it look so peaceful there.
Just looking at that wall is making my feet twitch. Need to take off socks and shoes and go dancing on that wall! For a bit of sheer magic, stop on over for today’s WW.
I love this perspective of the Springhouse. Both of these are very beautiful pictures!
Great reflection of the spring house! Nice black and white for these scenes. I, too, find that wall quite appealing...but, I would want to sit on it and just gaze at the surroundings.
i like the effect of the reflection
These are beautiful shots. I love B/W photography, and scenes like this are why. Wonderful composition, and beautiful subject matter. Kathy
Interesting shot, with the curved wall leading the eye back to the somewhat indistinct subject... it makes me curious about where it is!Three Rivers Daily Photo
Spring is what we are waiting for.
Your first shot has an interesting perspective. Brings the viewer into the image nicely. I like the way the tree branches are defined in the second. Nice shots both.
Both beautiful. I like the first particularly.
beautiful monochromes. Especially the stonewall, or what shall I call it?
Excellent black and white photo. :) Thank you!
Nice...is that a wall...or some sort of division between water ways? Very nice
