Trinidad and Tobago Day 11

Not a heaping amount of pictures from this day. (the wild orchids are from today also). We went back to the Grafton Preserve in the morning and the boa was there again. (Love that guy!) We took a different trail today and didn't see nearly as many birds as the day before. We did see another giant snail, the orchids of course, another jacamar, and a white-tailed nightjar.
The rest of the day was spent at the beach relaxing with ideal weather. Later we saw a striated heron which I guess is also quite rare on Tobago but not Trinidad. So that was pretty cool. That about sums it up for that day - pretty low key stuff! (Check out the size of that plant on the bottom!)

well, I am not sure I would like to meet that boa in real life. But it is a beauty. :)
