The biggest family of birds is flycatchers, and within that is the kingbird (Tyrannus) genus. So, here's some of those birds, why not eh? I enjoyed seeing your beautiful kingbirds and scissor-tailed flycatcher. The only kingbird I've seen is the Western Kingbird.
I guess you really do have to do some traveling if you want to see some of the birds you have been able to photograph. Lovely photos.. Thank you for sharing my outrage over the shooting of the geese. Sometimes I feel that I am the only wildlife lover in the area.....Michelle

Check out the beak on that gray kingbird!! Almost like a kingfisher. What beautiful birds! Every spring I have an Eastern Kingbird that stops by on my property just long enough to let me know he's there, then I don't see him again until the next spring. Great photos! ~ks
