Mono Lake is sooo photogenic and such a cool place to hang out. It's just down the road from me and I know some remote camping spots. I'm sure glad LA got shut down in their attempt to take all the water. Otherwise, it would be dry like Owens Lake south of Bishop.

Where is this place? I remember seeing an article in National Geographic many years ago and never forgot it. Such an unusual place. I´d really want to see it.
