One doesn't often get to see this particular angle!
Yee-hah! Is that looking down into it as it opens? What an absolutely mesmerising image, Jill.
Fantastico colore !Bello scatto di questo fiore :-)Buona giornata.
I have seen water lilies in my Dad's jar, but I have never seen it the way you angled it. Great job.
What a wonderful shape and color. Love this lily!
I have never seen like this kind of water lilies this one is so cool and interesting!Mellow Yellow Monday
What a stunning shot of the water lily. Love the color.
What a lovely picture, the colors are also beautiful.
Great yellow colours!
Nice! This particular plant freaks my camera out--at least one's I've photographed in Yellowstone. It always overloads on the yellow so I don't get a sharp, normal photograph. I know it did this on one other plant, once, I think something insanely red, but this is the original color-freakout plant. =) Super cool shapes!
What a beautiful shot! I've never seen one pictured like this. Awesome!

Very tropical/exotic looking flower, it's beautiful!
this is beautiful! even the shadow is perfect.
Wonderful shot of the water lily.
This is Nuphar lutea commonly known as Spatterdock. It's a member of the family Nymphaeaceae, as are the true waterlilies (Nymphaea). The Lotus is a Nelumbo species that belongs to a different family, Nelumbonaceae.
Stunning shot once again! :)
