well I'll be....something. I've known you all this time as Johnny Nutcase and now find out that your name is Jill, and a lovely name it is. I will always be partial to Johnny Nutcase though. this photo is really fab. what a greeting to the day. happy SWF to you. Jill.
Very nice shot. I think this is one of the best Sky Watch Friday's yet. The things I have seen are very encouraging and the photography is spot on. I really admire your photography skills and your critical eye for composition, lighting and texture.
Very beautiful. I often see the mist in the morning rising off the fields, but I have never managed to capture it as effectively as you have! It's such an elusive shot, and you GOT it perfectly. I can almost hear the birds waking up...
What a mystical photo! The colors are other-worldly, and the mist is... well, mysterious! It looks like something is glowing on the horizon, like Vulcan's forge. Very cool photo, I was tickled to see it on SkyWatch this morning!

Glorious! i love the atmospheric perspective in the receding bushes.
Lovely words and picture.
Lovely shot, that opening in the trees just invites one to walk on towards the sun.
